PITCH Privacy Policy

PITCH Technology Limited is the data controller for personal data processed to run the PITCH platform. This policy explains what we process and why.
1. Data we process
Account details (name, email, sign-in data); profile information you add; Video CVs, photos and other media; messages and call records; company and verification details; package and payment status; and technical data needed for security.
Identity checks are performed by Stripe Identity. PITCH stores the result, not your document or selfie images.
2. Why we process it
To provide the platform you signed up for (contract), to keep PITCH safe and prevent misuse (legitimate interests), to meet legal obligations, and where required, with your consent.
3. Who we share it with
Companies on PITCH see candidate information according to visibility and package rules. Service providers that help run PITCH (hosting, payments, identity checks, video calls, AI processing) process data on our instructions.
4. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to certain processing. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
5. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.
