PITCH Candidate Terms
Draft for professional legal review. This text is not final legal advice and may change before PITCH launches paid services in production.
These terms apply to candidates using PITCH, both Candidate Free and PITCH PRO. They form an agreement between you and PITCH Technology Limited, a company operating from Ireland.
1. Using PITCH
PITCH is a professional platform where you can build a profile, record a Video CV, find opportunities, apply, message companies and take video calls. Creating a profile, recording a Video CV and applying are free.
2. Your profile and Video CV
You decide what your profile and Video CV contain and when they are published. Published information can be seen by companies on PITCH under the visibility rules shown in your settings.
You keep ownership of your content. You give PITCH permission to host, display and process it so the platform can work, including showing it to companies and creating subtitles or translations.
3. Accurate information
Information you give must be truthful and your own. Do not claim qualifications, experience or rights to work that you do not have.
4. Content and communications
Content you post must be lawful and professional. Do not upload other people's content without permission. Messages and calls with companies should be respectful; you can report misuse at any time.
5. No guarantee of employment
PITCH helps candidates and companies find each other. PITCH does not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment, and is not the employer of any candidate.
6. PITCH PRO
PITCH PRO is an optional paid subscription for extra tools, presentation options and resources inside PITCH. It is not payment for finding a job, applying, being hired or any recruitment service, and it does not raise your ranking in company searches.
PRO renews monthly until cancelled. If you cancel, PRO features lock and your profile keeps working on Candidate Free.
7. Privacy
How PITCH handles your personal data is explained in the PITCH Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes and governing law
If these terms change materially, PITCH will ask you to accept the new version before continuing. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without removing consumer rights you have where you live.
